I have expanded my Hinsdale office hours and will continue our 2nd office in Palos Heights. I remain a Northwestern physician and have relocated my Palos Hospital practice to my former 911 N Elm Suite 328. There, I will continue the development of a state of the art out-patient Pulmonary and Sleep Management Practice in Hinsdale Illinois. My Palos Heights office is located @ 11824 Southwest Hwy Suite 130. Contrary to letters sent to patients or information given, I am NOT retired and continue to be an in-network provider for all major insurance companies including, but not limited to, BCBS, United Healthcare, Aetna and Cigna. We do accept Medicare.
Our office is now NM Epic based. I remain in contact with all your other physicians regardless of their affiliation with Northwestern. Your information is protected by NM systems. I have access to any diagnostic testing done at any Northwestern location or we can seamlessly connect to most non-NM facilities via Epic Care Everywhere. Your physicians know that I am available through NM email systems or by phone to consult with them to promote managing your care.

Use the same number to schedule telehealth with my office. This is a mobile number for office purposes only; not for for emergency medical purposes.
To ALL BCBSIL COMMERCIALLY insured patients. Our office and BCBSIL have been working since January 2025 to resolve their error of processing our claims out of network. We understand this lengthy delay may have caused inconveniences. As of 10/31/2025, our office is working quickly to revise your accounts to accurately reflect these adjustments.
Should you require medical advice or prescription refills, please call our office, leave a detailed message or have your pharmacy fax our office. Please PLAN AHEAD and do NOT wait until you are out of your medications to request refills. For urgent or life threatening issues please go to your nearest emergency room or urgent care facility.
TO ALL PATIENTS: Please respect that do the increase of No Shows, we reserve the right to bill for all missed appointments not cancelled w/in 24 business hours.
IMPORTANT for all NEW PATIENTS: You may have a breathing test before seeing me. (If you are on a rescue inhaler, do not use 3 hrs before the appt). Please bring previous test results to the 1st appointment, including, not limited to, previous lung and/ or abdomen CT/ CXRs images on disk, lung function test results, sleep studies and/or compliance downloads, DME details, stress test results. Any questions, please ask when making the appointment.

Try to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, particularly if you are a new patient or have not seen the doctor in 6 months or more
If you have been hospitalized or had tests at an outside facility, please bring images and records with you or have them sent prior to your visit

Outstanding balances are due at time of visit or within 30 days of the statements.
